EA -70
Electric Actuator EA-70 is primary designed to be in the field with Low Cost automation. The maximum torque of actuator is 70 Nm . Electric Actuator housing is die casted in Aluminium (Lm-24) & heat treated, giving extreme strength for the desired torque rating.
Product Description
Design conforming to IP-67, as per IS/IEC-60529-2001. Limit switches are incorporated to cut off supply at the end of travel. Additional two Auxiliary limit switches can be provided for individual adjustments (optional).
CE approved, permanent magnet type Synchronous motor is used. Fuses and Manual Override are incorporated as a Safety features. A terminal block suitable for connecting outside wires is incorporated in the PCB.
The actuator is suitable for operating AVCON Full Bore Ball Valve upto and inclusive of 2”(50MM) size, Rubber lined Butterfly Valves upto 4” (100 MM) size, Plug Valves upto 2” (50 MM) size and Low Leakage Type Butterfly Valves upto 8” (200 MM) size. Actuator can be mounted in any direction.
